Product Venture Brief (Capstone)
The capstone: your whole venture on one page — problem, customer, value prop, model, metrics, growth, and ask — every claim backed by work you've already done in this course.
Pull from your problem statement and interviews. Every claim here should trace to evidence you actually collected.
Specific enough to find, count, and reach. Name the beachhead, not the eventual empire.
Must name what customers do TODAY and why you beat it for this segment.
How money comes in, what a customer costs vs. returns, and the honest weak spot in the math.
Lead with your north-star metric, then the 3–4 numbers that prove the model. Dates on everything.
One primary channel with evidence it works, plus the sequence — not a list of every channel that exists.
The 2–3 things most likely to kill this, each paired with the cheapest test that would tell you.
Funding round, bootstrap plan, or internal buy-in — either way: the resources, and the milestones that prove the next stage.
