Framework and scale

Any consistent framework works. The point isn't the scores; it's forcing the same questions of every item.

Scored candidates (item — scores — total)

Score everything with the same scale, in descending order. Estimates are fine; blank confidence is not.

The cut line

Judgment overrides (where you departed from the scores, and why)

Overriding the math is allowed. Doing it silently is not.
